Larry B. Dillin is President of VisCap Development, a real estate organization coupling strategic real estate vision with discerning investment capital. VisCap’s focus is community-oriented real estate investment opportunities in master planned, mixed-use land development and seniors housing communities. Mr. Dillin is an entrepreneurial business leader with a multi-billion dollar track record of leadership in the real estate industry. His effectiveness as a change leader has contributed to the success of local, regional, national and international projects for small companies, municipalities and Fortune 500 corporate clients. VisCap, Dillin is leading a $150M development program to create seniors housing communities, with current facilities and sites in Colorado, New York, Illinois and Ohio. As well, Dillin is spearheading completion and management of the $200M Austin Landing development in Miami Township and planning the creation of a highly integrated development on adjacent acreage in the City of Springboro. Larry began his professional career in 1978 as a contractor in Kansas City, Missouri, later moving to a Fortune 500 printing, publishing and media giant in Des Moines, Iowa before finding a home in Toledo, Ohio where he was a construction and development executive before launching his consulting business in 1990. Dillin Consulting has performed management of capital deployment programs for a stable of Fortune 500 clients, having successfully completed over $10B of projects across North and South America, Southeast Asia and Europe. Mr. Dillin then turned his focus to assisting municipalities and land owners in creating economic development solutions through community-oriented real estate development. Mr. Dillin’s career experiences are broad, including positions in engineering and construction management, strategic real estate consulting and as developer of several thousand acres of commercial/industrial and master planned land developments, including Levis Commons in Perrysburg, OH - a 400 acre, $500M program.
